We all meet the life challenges in all walk of life and suddenly we like or not feel unhappiness, anger, anxiety, despair and resentment. But, most of the time we don’t try to find the cause of our life problems and it is continuously suffering us most of the time day and night. So, the consent of life is happy, Prosperous and harmonious all the day and night long.



I like to mention some challenges of life which threw out randomly and hence disturb us in a great way. Challenges like A child who lost his parents in a sudden earthquake, a young wife who lost his husband in a road accident, a man is waiting for the bus to reach the interview on time etc. These situations affect us in a great way.

According to a research, its estimates that stress plays an important role in fifty to seventy per cent in all physical illness. Stress is the major cause of the all the frustration, unhappiness, anger and physical illness. X`Let’s turn out to the definition of stress, “The pattern of responses an organism makes to stimulus event that disturbs the equilibrium and exceeds the person’s ability to cope.”  


The stress which people experience differs in terms of the intensity, duration, complexity, and predictability. The definition is quite positive so that stress can improve performance and also leads to a successful life but people underestimate its true potential and cause stress to destroy their prosperous and healthy life. What we need to do is to find habits which cause us stress which is not good for a human being.


According to the study, there are eighteen factors which cause us to feel the stress and create an imbalance in the life. If we can able to break those habits we can conquer the stress and live a happy life. Let’s discuss the each and every step in detail–


1.     Lack of concentration – When we feel stress in our day to day life it leads to the lack of concentration and we suddenly doing things improperly like lack of attention on the road, on your work and towards yourself. So, what should we do is to hold for the moment and deep breadth so that you can heal your concentration?




2.     Memory Loss – Another sign of stress is for you that you start forgetting things in no time. You may suffer from short-term memory loss and things might get worse for you when you frustrate from yourself. When you notice memory loss come back to cause of your stress.

3.     Poor decision-making – It is seen in a lot of corporate worlds that company start to collapse by poor decision making and sometime student may suffer from poor decision making and making the wrong choice of indulging himself in Alcohol, smoking over study. It’s time to watch your stress level.


4.     Inconsistency – The key to success is the perseverance and consistency. Many athletes feel stress because of their family imbalance due to non-availability for a long time, it creates a mental imbalance in their mind and they are inconsistent in their field of endeavour.


5.     Irregular attendance and timekeeping – It is like the part of inconsistency but when you are irregular and seek your attendance there is a sign of emotional imbalance in day to day life it might be workload, your goals stress etc.


6.     Low self-esteem – When you are a relationship you face a sudden breakup we feel our esteem low and get disturbed completely. When we are not meeting the target we feel lower self-esteem. Stress can suffer you from your work environment or around your surroundings. It’s time to improve your self-esteem and think good about yourself.


7.     Poor long-term planning – It’s a human tendency defined by the psychologists that human is goal-directed. When we aregoal-directed we must create plans for the future and failing in those good plans will leads to stress in your day to day life.


8.     Frantic Burst of energy – We quite often feel that we are feeling low and lack of energy and wants to rest most of the time this situation might be an example of stress you have in your life.


9.     Extreme mood swings – It is seen that people in public feel tempered instantly and start to fight each other and this same behaviour od extreme mood swings seems quite often. So beware of stress and feel good.

1.    10. Emotional outburst – This is a very hearty feeling when you are emotionally broke. Things seems unfruitful in your colours become fade and all the balance in your life lose this is a critical time to us because some of the people take extreme steps in stress like suicide, self-hurt, so we must develop EQ ( Emotional Quotient ) to fight for this cause. 


11. Worry – We often worry about things we would get a job or not, she will say yes or no when I propose her etc so stop worrying and start living.

12. Anxiety – Indians are suffering quietly from this trait. We should not feel anxious about the future because it is not in our control and start to focus on the thing which we have i.e. present. Live in the present.


13. Fear – We have lots of fear in our life like public speaking, water phobia, distance phobias, fear to do good in the exam this result to create stress in our life. Use stress to conquer your fear not be overwhelmed by it.


14. Depression – Depression has started to destroy the world. In the 21st century, most of the citizen all over the world are suffered by this dilemma and not able to fight for it. They are having medicines for depression which become a disease for this 21st centurY peoples. Meditation can help in depression and leads to stress free life.

15. Difficulty with sleeping – Sleeping disorder is caused by worry, anxiety which ultimately a cause of stress.


16. Difficulty with eating – In our day to day life we feel sometimes eating habits become frugal and loss of healthy diet.


17. Misuse of drugs – When we enter into this drugs world some drugs are meant for cure the patient and help doctors in medicine but people start taking it as pleasure and losing their life.


18. Physical illness – Physical illness like stomach pain, headache and back ache should be the cause of stress you have. I have mentioned that about 70 % physical illness caused by stress.

We have known the consequences of stress so our duty is to reduce the stress from our life and create this world full of happy faces.
